We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and information from third-party sign-in providers (Google) when you choose to authenticate via OAuth. We also collect usage data including IP addresses, browser type, and login activity for security purposes.
Your information is used to authenticate your identity, manage your account, provide access to the Lead Router platform, and maintain security through audit logging. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or other Google services. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and database-backed sessions. Two-factor authentication is available for additional account security.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Login activity logs are retained for security audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting your account administrator.
