By accessing or using Lead Router ("the Service"), operated by iSCALE LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Lead Router is a B2B lead distribution platform that routes leads from partners to buyers through offer-based contracts. Access is provided on a per-account basis as authorized by your organization's administrator.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and API keys. You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for additional security.
You agree not to: (a) share account credentials with unauthorized parties, (b) attempt to access data belonging to other tenants, (c) use the API in a manner that degrades service for other users, or (d) submit fraudulent or misleading lead data.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Lead data processed through the platform is owned by the respective parties as defined in their buyer/partner agreements.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. iSCALE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
